Thanksgiving Recipes from Mom

Here are some ideas for your feast and Thanksgiving week, courtesy of Mom's recipe box:

Hooray for frozen cranberry creamy things in muffin cups!  Loved these.  
(Oh, and by the way, how are you, Dorie?  Marianna wants to know).  

Memories . . . ahh, this tasted so good around 11 a.m. or so.

This is the pie crust Mom made,  She had me copy it one year because the original page from the BHG cookbook was falling apart.  

Here's an interesting side dish option.  I don't think we had it on Thanksgiving ever (as I recall, just plain corn was served?) but it looks good.  Reminds me of a scalloped corn recipe I used to make.

 Of course, there must be jello!  Because, you know, it "serves lots."



I loved this one.  

I don't know if Mom ever made this but she did clip and save this recipe.  (Maybe she did--there's a drip on it).  Bisquick: what can't you make of it?
