VBS--Quest of the Time Travelers!

We're involved all week with Vacation Bible School (VBS) at our church in Davis, CA. The theme this year is "Quest of he Time Travelers" with a fun mad scientist/experiment/science kind of vibe permeating all the activities. The last couple of years there has been a fundraising project as part of the camp: bringing clean drinking water to areas where there is none by funding a well (through The Water Project--www.thewaterproject.org.) The kids are all asked to bring change/donations in a spare sock . . . here are Elena and Andreas adding our donations to the cash box. Also, here is my "petit monsieur" with me in the craft area. Armando and I are co-leading a third grade group of ten kids. There are 475 kids involved and about 300 adult and teen volunteers.
