Grandpa at Arab American Museum

Dad, Emily, and I went up to Dearborn, MI, a few weeks ago to the Arab American Museum, where Grandpa is included in an exhibit about Arab Americans in service (military, Peace Corps, or government) to America. They featured maybe a couple hundred people in those three categories. Each person had their own cube with each side giving different information and pictures. Here are some pictures, including each side of Grandpa's cube. There was also a paragraph about Ray LaHood. It was really neat!

I loved seeing this and can imagine that it was even more special and meaningful in person. Too bad they forgot the capital H in LaHood on that last sign--otherwise it's a totally great exhibit!
