Here is Jack's blob spot. While I'm blogging, he sits in his chair and sucks his thumb (despite the toys I give him, always on the floor). Or plays with his feet. Or stares alternately between me and the Illini garbage can to his right (not in photo).

He just looks so peaceful and serene. Mom nearby happily blogging away, fingers to gnaw on, an intriguing collegiate object to gaze on . . . who needs toys?
