Just Friends at the Courthouse today...

Here's my group at the Courthouse. We played for 1-1/2 hours. A perfect day too.

Looks great! If we lived in Peoria, Jack and I would definitely have been there. Who's the guy on guitar?

Dad! That's so cool! When you mentioned playing downtown today I was thinking of the Musician's building . . . then again, I couldn't hear very well because of Andreas babbling away sitting in my lap.

You all look focused but happy. Way to go!

Neat-o, dad! Did anyone from work stop by to see you? Or do they not know you are a closet musician? Are you worried they'll start calling you Stix or Mallet?

LOL, Em!

About six people from work came, Mom, and Rose and Kristie and Glenn. Along with all the other noontime eaters, of course. The sound man (who works all these events) said it was a nice change from the normal one-guy acoustic guitar acts that usually play.

Oh yeah, the bass guitar player is Bill Sutton, one of the best in Peoria. He plays with Ed Kaizer at Weaver Ridge on Sundays. we didn't have our usual bass player available.
